Observed call minutes are wall-clock duration this app saw — not Twilio invoice minutes (bridge calls bill two legs separately). Transcription minutes are the audio forwarded to Deepgram, which bills by audio duration rather than tokens. AI token counts are reported by the OpenAI API, not estimated; aborted/superseded speculative suggestions that never finished streaming are not counted.
